Art & Sol is an annual community celebration which brings together students from different programs and their families. It also functions as a fundraiser. This year, Arts Corps is hosting the event on Saturday, June 8th, 12:00-2:00pm at TAF Bethaday Community Learning Space. We expect 100 guests and anticipate raising $100,000.
Arts Corps is seeking sponsors to help fulfill needs in transportation, food, and printing, as well as to provide general support for the event and for our work. Local businesses are encouraged to participate through in-kind donations or pledges of $500-$10,000, at whatever level is accessible to each organization.
Sponsor benefits include recognition in event materials, e-newsletters, and social media sites which collectively reach over 4,500 supporters. Additionally, all sponsors will be included in pre- and post-event publicity on 8 local blogs and their social media channels.
