There are many ways our volunteers help, based on skill and interest. Some of them include:

Helping with Events

Arts Corps hosts community events through the year, including student showcases, a spring fundraiser, and an end-of-school celebration. Whether it’s helping with planning, building decorations, setting up tables, or managing the run of show, there are many ways you can help with these fun occasions!

Tabling

Help us spread the work about Arts Corps! Staff an information table at events and functions around town, as they come up.

Office Administration and Projects

Small tasks can make a big impact! Join us in the Arts Corps office at Youngstown Cultural Arts Center to help with our day-to-day. This might be re-organizing our art supplies or envelope-stuffing for mailings, but regardless, it’s a great opportunity to get to know the Arts Corps team.

Photography or videography at a class or event

Arts Corps has many classes throughout King County in addition to our community events, and they each need documenting! This is a good fit for those who are looking to gain experience as a media-maker, as well as professionals who are willing to volunteer. The best part about it is you get to experience our programs and our youth’s creativity first-hand.

In-Kind Professional Skills & Services
