One day not too long ago there was a frog named [[henry]]. They had a well-paying job in a factory. That was the only job available for tree frogs like him. They worked harder than anyone else on the team and climbed up the ranks. This frog had 6 siblings 2 grandmas a grandpa a mom and a cousin to tend to. And their house was about 2 sizes too small. 1 bathroom is not ideal for 12 people. So henry sets on to find a new home for their family. The first realtor henry visited was a Bullfrog named [[Tammy]]. She was mean and had a very loud animated personality. She cared not for her clients but more for the money she acquired in making families settle for less. The second realtor was called [[louis]]. He was very chatty which was expected of a toad. He talked a little too much and was a little too honest. Louis was very kind and cared more for his clients than the money he received. Which may be why he has none. You picked [[tammy.]] "Hello, how are you today //kero//." Tammy extends her hand plastering a wide visibly fake smile. "Um hello, my name is Henry Hopscotch. I booked an appointment for 2:25." Henry checked his watch "It's only 1:45 but I thought I might come early just to get a feel for your work. I hope I'm not intruding." Tammy's eyes Henry and laughs. "Of course not thank you for coming. I have other clients to attend to then I'll be right with you. Have a seat, please. There's water, tea, and scones if you would like. I am not sure what you kind eats." She scoffed lightly then turned away. "We eat what you eat and the 'scraps' you left behind that are now considered delicacies to you." Tammy side-eyes you then walk off. As time passes Henrys' appointment nears but many other Bullfrogs are going in and out. Henry waits patiently till 6:23 then they walk into Tammy's office as yet another walks out. [[comfront tammy and demand time]] or [[ask if you can come in now]]

You picked [[Louis!!]] "Yes hello this is Henry Hoopscotch I was wondering if I would be able to come in at 2:15 for a consultation." " Henry Hoopscotch sounds great we will see you then." Henry arrived at the "Great Leap" at 1:45 they like to be on time. Diligent right. "Mr. Hoopscotch it is your turn come on back." Henry walks to Louis's office. Louis hops up. "HENRY IT GOOD TO SEE YOU WELCOME WELCOME!!" Louis grabs Henry's hand roughly shaking it. Making Henry shake along with it. "So what kind of house are you looking for? There are a few kinds I can sell you right now." " Well, I'm looking for a place to accommodate 12 people. I house my siblings my mother grandmother's grandpa and cousin. My mother and I are the only ones who work." Henry shared. Louis was now determined to find a house fit for this large family. Continue with [[Louis]] or go to [[Tammy]]

"Tammy I have waited for hours. I need to go to the store and get food for my family. Please stop wasting my time. I am looking for a house with in 200 to 600 flies. I qualify for aid through my job. I am a general manager for Toadzon." Henry put their food down. He was fed up. Henry had a family to care for and Tammy had wasted their time. Tammy looked shell shocked. "//kero// Excuse me what. You need to check your tone and language. You work on my time. Frog like you need to learn your place //kero//. What are you looking for. There is only so much available for your kind." Henry was very offended. He took a deep breath to keep his cool. They plastared a smile on his face and calmy stated. "I need a home big enough for 12 people. I can put 200 flies down today. Is there any confusion or problem". Henry kept his cool as best as they could. Tammy then stood up. She was so angry. "You have no business here. That was disrespectful and very uncalled for. You may take your leave before I call the [[Hoppers]]." Henry's eyes widened. He was terrified of the hoppers. They were a vicious gang of bullfrogs who terrorized the tree frogs and their villages. Tammy pushes Henry out of the office and closes the door. Tammy has banned you lets check out [[louis]]

Henry knocked on the door. //knock-knock// "May I come in now" Henry put his best foot forward "It's Henry Henry Hoopscotch I //was// your 2:15. It is half-past 6. I must get to the store to pick up dinner." Tammy wasn't interested in Henry. The steady clack of her keyboard filled the room. Not once did she look up to look at Henry or acknowledge Henry. "Humm the office closes at 7 I guess we could do a quick introduction. So what are you looking for? What's your income? Where do you work?" Tammy was snappy and rude. And her questions seemed a little aggressive. Henry did not appreciate this. Still, he kept a calm demeanor. "I'm looking for a house that can hold 12 peo-" "Of course your kind holds so many ok I'll see what I can do. You may go" And with that Tammy waved him away. Henry stayed in place a little shocked. He repeated with some base in their voice "I'm looking for a place for 12 people. Within a 600 flies budget. I would like something near running water. MY KIND loves CLEAN-RUNNING water. It is a necessity." Henry huffed then sat down. Never has he encountered such disrespect other frogs or toads wernt as blunt and obvious with their hatred towards tree frogs. Tammy thought for a moment. Her incessant clicking had finally stopped. She looked Henry in the eye. "The best i could give you is a 3 bedroom 2 bath for 100 flies on the upper east side." A smile formed on her smug face. She then nodded. "Yes im afraid thats all i have to offer. Will that be all today." Henry bit his lip, and sat in scilence for a moment. He didnt know what else todo. Sleeping on a bed with 5 people and waking up with feet in his face was growing old. Henry then nodded. "That place has no running water and terrible air pollution. I asked for running water." Henry kept his voice low and his eyes glued to Tammy. They held eye contact for a while. Click click cilck click. Tammy resumed typing. "There is a place 3 hops away from a stream for 700 flies. But thats out o-" "Ill take it 600 wasnt a deal breaker. I just wanted more to save. I can put 400 down today. Would it be 700 every [[moon]] overall. I can make both work. How many payments till i own the place assuming its a rent to own. Riverside mostly has rent to own properties." Henry smiled. The truth is they had over 600,000 flies svaed. They had been saving since they were able to work and had convinced the rest of the family to save for a better house as well. He had wished to spend about 4 or 500 every moon. They could make 700 work. Tammy looked displeased. This gave joy to Henry. "It would be 700 every moon for 12 moons." Tammy paused a scowl consuming her face. "Can i get the paper work id like to move in by the end of the month" Henry smiled lightly. "You have to go directly to the land owner. I dont have the paper work." tammy resumed typing once more "Are you sure i see it right there. Or maybe my eyes are deceiving me." Tammy turned to where henry was pointing. She sighed and dropped her head. Henry smiled then extended his hand. He pulled a pen from his trench coat and clicked the cap. "Im ready when you are." Tammy reluctantly handed them the papers. More like tossed it. Henry happily signed took pictures then haneded them back to tammy. "Thank you have a.. a good day." Henry turned on hes heels then left happily.

You picked Louis. "So Henry whats our budget looking like." louis sat up in his chair. Henry looks around. " Well im looking to stay between 200 flies 600 flies. Is that a problem". Louis was shocked. How could a frog aford that kind house. "I can put down 200 right now." Henry was very passionate and had a vision of the type of house they wanted. "Wow 200 to 600 are you sure? I hate to be that kind of person but where do you work again." Henry laught at the comment he felt a little sad Louis would ask but everyones the same right. "I work for Toadzon. I am a general manager." Louis looked shoked. "Wow Toadzon i didnt know they employed Tree frogs. Look at you that must be so fun. I hear only good things about Toadzon." Louis was very amused yet he didnt question further. "So as i said befor there are a few houses big enough for your family on the market. First there is a town house 6 bedrooms 4 1/2 bath. And I also have a 2 story house with 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath. Any of those peak your fancy." Louis typed something on his computer while looking at Henry. He wore a smile that said 'im here to help you' Henry thought for a moment. Will you pick [[house 1]] or [[house 2]] "Sounds wonderful lets meet again tomorrow at 3 pm." Louis grabbed a pen and wrote down the adress for henry. "Thank you so much. See you tommorrow louis." Henry happily hopped out the office and set off to his home. Well his old home now.

You picked house one! "HENRY!" Louis called out to henry from across the way. "HENRY OVER HERE." Louis tried smiling as best as he could. But he had bad news. Henry jogged over to where Louis was standing. "Hello, Louis it is good to see you" Henry extended his hand. Louis gladly shook it. "So there's bad news and some good news. Which would you like first? You know what it doesn't matter I'm just going to tell you. What's that smell its smells wonderful. Anyway. Good news I'm showing you both houses. Bad news my boss said I'm not supposed to sell these houses to frogs. I'm going behind his back. And I am very hungry. Would you like to get some lunch after this?" Louis was visibly going through emotions like clothes. "Woah Woah Woah calm down Louis. First, it's my sandwich would you like the one I packed 4. Second, that's great I'm happy to see both. Third I'm not surprised to thank you for doing this most other wouldn't." Henry shocked both himself and Louis. He guessed living with 12 people helped him with retaining info. "Of course id like a sandwich do you carry marmalade?" Louis was so hungry Henry could hear his stomach. "Let me check. My mother packed my sandwiches today. Well, I be damned. I do have a marmalade is orange marmalade alright?" Louis did not hesitate to take that sandwich and within seconds it was gone. Louis rubbed his belly in satisfaction. "Thank you so much Henry you are one nice frog. Well, let's get going shall we." louis extended his hand towards the house. This house has a matte black kitchen. Granted counters with an island. Lots of coborads and a gas stove. there was also the 1/2 bath on the left of the kitchen. There were 2 master rooms with there own bathrooms. Both had extensive closet space. The other bedrooms were slightly smaller and they had jack and jill bathrooms. It was one story with a basement. The basement held a washer and dryer. There was enough space to also make it an office. Louis walked henry all aroufn the house explaining all the amenities. "Out here you ahev a nice little yard goood for entertaining guests. And right throught this walkway youll find a traul to a stream with running water. Frogs liek you love and need water so i thought this place would be a nice match. I dont know if i tol you but its 550 a moon for 6 moons. Then you own it. Or you could rent for 50 moons. Renew when ready. Sweet deal right!" Henry was pleased to see this. He thought this house was [[Perfect]] [[Just not right]] for his family.

Louis rubbed his belly in satisfaction. "Thank you so much Henry you are one nice frog. Well, let's get going shall we. Not marmalade but still deliclous." louis extended his hand towards the house. They walked into the house together. "So on the first story we have the kitchen to the left. Wood cabinets, an island, granet marble counters, gas stove. To the right is the half bath. if we walk this way we have one of four bedrooms." Louis knew this house liek the back of his hand. Henry coydl tell this was one of his favroits houses. "Down this was id the back yard not much but it comes woth a eco frendly pond and runnign water. Tree frog like running water so i thout this place was perfect." Henry grined from ear to ear. He was so happy. Louis was very attantitve. He went above and byond. " Oh louis its [[perfect]] or [[not what i am looking for]]

A loving tree frog. About 3.2 inches. They are bright green with black eyes. He and his mother work to provide for the family. HE/THEY. Likes the colors purple and orange. Has 6 siblings named Malcolm, Marie, Rosie, Louis, Joe, and Jr. Henry likes to wear trench coats and slacks. The hoppers are a mean gang of bullfrogs. They go to tree frog villages like Henry's to terrorize and hurt them. They keep tree frogs for jobs voting and specific parts of the meadow, Sundown town is where they reside. These bullfrogs think that they are better than everyone.

Moon. once every full moon toads frogs and all other amphibians pay their bills and pay their credit.

Louis A tall toad who loves all kinds of marmalade. Likes to wear casual button downs and slacks. Louis grew up with 1 younger sibling but they arent close. Mother is travling father is dead. HE/HIM. Likes the color orange like marmalade.

Tammy A bullfrog. Short snappy likes to wear pantsuits. Doesn't eat carbs, sugar, GMO, artifical flavors and non organic things. SHE/HER. Loves to scare kids. Has a husband. Lives in the suburbs. likes the color red, reminds her of frog blood.

"Wow, Louis this house is perfect. I love it. It's the right size. Everyone will be so pleased." Henry hopped up with glee. He was smiling so hard his cheeks hurt. "I'm happy you like it she we head back to the office to finalize this?" Louis was happy for Henry. He was happy he could help find this family their forever home. "Why yes of course i... I dont know what to say but thank you.!" Louis guided Henry out of the house continuing the conversation. And with that, they hopped back to Louise's office. Henry pulled out his favorite fly. It was orange and had a fly pattern. Henry happily signed the papers. They took a picture to send to their mother. Henry smiled and shook Loiuses hand. Louis pulled henry into a hug. "How about we make some sandwiches." Louis was so happy henry suggested that. "Who am I to decline after that delicious sandwich you gave me earlier." Louis and Henry talked about what to make for dinner as they walked to the store glued at the hip. //fin// //the end//

Henry looked more than disappointed. He didn't know what to say. How would he tell Louis this was not the right house. After everything, he had done for him. "Is everything alright Henry?" Louis had a look of concern on his face. "Not exactly. This house just is not what I am looking for. I was hoping for more space the bedrooms take up the whole house. I am sorry. you worked hard to find this place for me and my family." Louis laughed, a hearty laugh. He then patted Henrys' back. Henry was quite confused. They had just told Louis this wasn't a good house it was big and expensive it just didn't feel like home. Why was he laughing? "Dont feel sorry. That's perfectly fine that's why we have options. If this does work out ill find you another till on feel right. This doesn't feel much like a home does it." Henry felt as if he was floating. Louis was so kind. "It doesn't. Thank you for being o understanding." "well, I am the realtor right. this is my job. to find you a home that feels like home." Louis smiled his hand rested on henrys shoulder being taller made him look down at him and smile. "lest go check out that other house maybe that one better." Henry was so happy to have some as kinda Louis finding him a house. With that, they hopped away to the nest house. Henry had high hopes for this one. jump to //[[house 2]]//
