Adele Lim / 林恩宁 (they/she) is a first-generation Chinese Singaporean immigrant, multidisciplinary teacher, and working Seattle actor with over 10 years of experience in the performing arts—primarily, acting, movement, and voice. They are passionate about facilitating safer, people- and process-first spaces that encourage artistic expression rooted in self-understanding, relational connection, and play. Also, stationary, biology and cats! They seek to foster in individuals a sense of self-efficacy and mindbody connection, in hopes of creating more community, opportunities for healing and igniting changemaking.
Around Seattle, you may have seen Adele in THE SNOW QUEEN (Seattle Children’s Theatre), UNRIVALED (Seattle Public Theatre & SIS Productions), HELLS CANYON (Washington Ensemble Theatre), THE MASTER & MARGARITA (Dacha Theatre), or doing educational tours with 5th Avenue Theatre’s SONGS OF THE MOON and Taproot Theatre. Outside of that, Adele can be found cheering on their clients at Pure Barre, teaching private acting lessons, dancing/moving in as many ways as they know how, seeking continuing education, and most importantly, spending time with their small but mighty family.
