The Teen Leadership Program makes space for the next generation of young artists to hone their capacities for activism and cultural work. Teen leaders cultivate strong creative habits, community organizing skills, professional development, and social justice analysis.

Teen programs open to any interested youth (14 to 19) include the Arts Liberation & Leadership Institute (ALLI), The Residency, and LIT.

Youth develop the skills needed to shift dominant culture through the intersection of art and social justice. Young artists are supported to become radical change-makers in the Seattle and King County community across four arts pathways: spoken word poetry, music, visual art, and dance.
