Seattle Theatre Education Coalition Professional Development Day

This event is put on by Seattle Public Schools Visual & Performing Arts and Seattle Office of Arts & Culture, through the Creative Advantage. The day of learning is hosted by The Seattle Rep and will include workshops from local theatre arts partners. It will be Creative Advantage’s final professional development opportunity of the 25/26 school year.

Date: Saturday, May 9, 2026
Time: 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. with the option of dinner and performance to follow
Performance: The Seattle Rep’s 7:30 p.m. production of Appropriate (FREE).
Location: The Seattle Rep, 155 Mercer St., Seattle, WA 98109
Clock Hours: 5 to 9 (depending on if you attend only the workshops or the workshops + show)
Honorarium: $100 for Seattle Public Schools teachers and The Creative Advantage arts partners provided by Seattle Office of Arts & Culture
Dinner: Provided
