Dance Educators Association of Washington Spring Conference

Dance communities thrive when the people within them are supported. GROW was created to offer a space for reflection, learning, and connection—where educators, students, and community members can come together to share experiences and strengthen the future of dance education. Shaped by community feedback, this gathering reflects our belief in growing together through collaboration and care.

Attendees can expect a day of workshops, discussion, and shared learning centered on sustaining ourselves, our classrooms, and our broader dance communities. Together, attendees will explore community-building, leadership, wellness, and practical tools that support long-term, meaningful engagement in dance.

This conference marks our first annual Spring Conference, created in response to feedback from community seeking a new seasonal rhythm for gathering and connection.
